I only did half of plyo, thinking I would finish the second half later on at night. Instead I went out and ate with friends… I ate so fckin much yesterday, I still feel full right now :[

motivation’s key.

I’m starting a blog encompassing my p90x journey. It’s the latest fucking fitness hype and I’m down for the challenge, and hoping for the results.

P90x is a training program that turns your body from flab to ripped in 90 days. It works, I’ve seen people who’ve been on the regiment, either online or in person. Diet is key too, so in the next 90 days, I’ll be watching what I eat and trying to stay away from fast foods/unhealthy foods. There is a recommended diet plan/system that comes with the program, but I haven’t exactly looked into it yet, but once I do I’ll definitely make a decision as to what I want to do exactly as far as dieting. Anyways,

So technically, we started two weeks ago, but 4 days into the program, we didn’t really have schedules worked out so everything folded and here I am two weeks later at the end of day 1. Well the second time around haha. This time hopefully we will have a better grip on our school/life schedules and will be able to stick to a regiment.

Today was an epic second first-day. I was nauseated as fuck by the end of it, but I stuck through for the most part. That’s all you really need to know. Besides the fact that I had mcdonald’s TWICE which was a major fail on my part. Anyways, I’ll post my dreaded before pictures later when I get some time and I find my camera. No I’m not stalling haha.

Starting weight: 176lbs.
Goal weight: 155-160lbs. w/ 10-12% body fat. :]
